Account Manager
Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Manage and monitor all order progress.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company customer base and ensure a strong presence.
- Coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Understand customers’ needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Acquire new clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

PreSales Engineer
Description
- Gather technical requirements from customers & design a reliable and scalable IT infrastructure solution to fulfill customer business requirements.
- Create and deliver presentations and demos/Proof of
- Concept to customers if needed.
- Write technical proposals & provide Bill of Materials based on designed solutions.
- Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions.
- Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT (Computer or Telecommunication) or other related discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as
- Presales/Engineer.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to learn.
- Having good knowledge of various IT technologies (server, external storage, telephony system, networking, etc) is an advantage
