In 2019, Avaya introduced Avaya Intelligent Xperiences™ or Avaya IX™ beneath the Experiences that Matter theme. It’s a rebranding strategy that knits together solutions, products and capabilities. We undertook this initiative to simplify our brand architecture, make selling our products easier and to tie the components of our portfolios together with our brand promise and deep market experience.
